TERMS

Web Tech requires payment seven (7) days before the course start date. Please send your check or credit card details when registering. We also accept official company purchase orders. If you prefer, you may use a credit card to guarantee your place, in which case a check is due at time of arrival for course.

Please provide student name(s), company name, address, telephone, fax, the course(s) for which you are registering, and the course date. You will be contacted by a representative to complete your registration.

VAT. For courses in the UK, please add VAT at 17�% to your payment. We will send a VAT receipt with your acknowledgment.

Cancellation Policy
If your plans change, you may reschedule the course for another date with written notice of at least 20 business days from the start date of this course with no penalty. If notice is recieved any less than 20 days prior to the start date, and you are willing to reschedule for a later date, you can do so for a penalty of $500 plus any out of pocket expenses Web Tech incurs for travel arrangements already made (related to an Onsite Training Course). NOTE: Rescheduled courses must take place within 6 months or the original scheduled course date. Otherwise you forfeit your right to the rescheduling penalty and are treated as a cancellation and subject to the following:

Should you have to cancel the course entirely, you will not be responsible for any penalties if cancellation is made by written notice at least 20 business days prior to the agreed course start date. If cancellation is made at any time after Web Tech has received a purchase order for the training, and travel arrangements have been made (related to an Onsite Training Course), you will be responisble for reimbursement for any and all travel fees incurred, regardless of when notice of such cancellation is received. Should you cancel the course within 15 - 19 business days of the course start date 25% of our non discounted course fee will be due as a penalty, cancel within 10 - 18 business days of the course start date 35% of our non discounted course fee will be due as a penalty, cancel within 6 - 9 business days of the course start date 50% of our non discounted course fee will be due as a penalty, cancel within 5 or less business days of the course start date 75% of our non discounted course fee will be due as a penalty.
